日本政府は、法令に基づき
「日本国内に住所を有しない外国人」の方の宿泊に際しては
宿泊者名簿に、＊氏名 ＊住所 ＊連絡先 等の記載に加えて
＊国籍 及び ＊旅券番号 の記載を義務付けています。
また、日本政府は、旅券の呈示及びコピーも求めていますので
ご理解、ご協力をお願いいたします。

Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare
The Government of Japan, in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, requires foreign nationals who do not possess an address in Japan to give the information of their nationalities and passport numbers in addition to their names, addresses and contact information, etc. in the register of lodgers when staying at a lodging. The presentation and photocopying of passports is also required by the Government of Japan. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Please attach a photo of the guest's passport when replying to the accommodation information email.
Once we have verified it, we will provide you with the key box code.
